蒲公英是浪漫率性的孩子，帶著希望、信念和對未來的憧憬，隨風飄飄盪盪，散落在世界每個角落散播愛的種子。不論種子最終根落何處，依然帶著微笑迎向陽光。學習舞蹈的孩子也像蒲公英一樣，不論在哪裡成長，她們依然堅持自己的夢想，在學有所成後，便隨風飛揚到更廣闊的天空，尋找需要舞蹈滋潤的地方，將舞蹈的美和精神傳送到世界每個角落。

​本年為英姿舞園二十週年，由小學員及年青舞者在此擔當傳承舞蹈的責任，精力充沛地演出，正好發揮舞園上下共同實踐普及舞蹈教育的初衷。匯報演出由舞園的年輕學員展現學習成果，像蒲公英一樣，向大眾傳遞舞蹈的種子。演出兩場 (14:30, 20:00) 內容不同，與觀眾多面向觀賞舞蹈。

Dandelions Taking Wings

We wish our kids to be beautiful and positive like dandelions and spread to the world seeds of love and passion. These young dance lovers will follow their dreams against all odds and show everyone the beauty and energy of the art of dance.

​Therefore, “Dandelion Taking Wings" will bring the young dancers in ICDA together and show the audience dances of various styles performed by them. This is what ICDA has always sought after – to promote the beauty of dance through dance education and allow dancers of all kinds to shine on stage. The content of the two performance sessions (14:30, 20:00) are different so as to include a more diversified range of dance styles for both the learners and the audience.
